No-Bake Lemon Strawberry Cheesecake Mousse

Ingredients:

1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
Zest of 1 lemon
1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fresh strawberries and lemon zest for garnish
Crushed graham crackers for serving (optional)
Directions:

Whip Cream:

In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
Mix Cream Cheese Mixture:

In another bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, sour cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Fold in Whipped Cream:

Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
Layer with Strawberry Puree:

In serving glasses, layer the cheesecake mousse with strawberry puree, alternating between the two until the glasses are filled.
Chill:

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

Ingredients:

1 (10.75-ounce) angel food cake, cut into cubes
1 (21-ounce) can cherry pie filling
1 (3.4-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 cups cold milk
1 (8-ounce) container of whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
1 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup slivered almonds (optional, for garnish)
Directions:

Prepare the Angel Food Cake:

Start by cutting the angel food cake into bite-sized cubes and set aside.
Layer the Cake:

In a 9x13-inch baking dish, layer half of the cubed angel food cake evenly at the bottom.
Add the Cherry Filling:

Spread the entire can of cherry pie filling over the layer of angel food cake cubes.
Top with Remaining Cake Cubes:

Add the remaining cubes of angel food cake on top of the cherry filling.

Raspberry Cheesecake Freakshakes

Ingredients:

For the Shake:

1 cup vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
For Toppings:

Whipped cream
Fresh raspberries
Graham cracker crumbs
Raspberry sauce
Mini cheesecake bites (optional)
White chocolate shavings (optional)
Directions:

Prepare the Glasses:

Dip the rims of two glasses in raspberry sauce, then roll them in graham cracker crumbs. Drizzle some raspberry sauce inside the glasses for an extra touch.
Make the Shake:
