Bagel Cafe NJ Is Coming to Westfield!
We’re excited to announce the grand opening of our third Bagel Cafe NJ location 10:00 am on September 14th💪 272 North Avenue East in Westfield, conveniently located in the Walgreens parking lot—with free parking!
The Bass family has called Westfield home for 28 years, and all four of our children graduated from WHS. We’re incredibly proud to bring our brand home to the community.
Our concept combines a traditional hand-rolled bagel shop with a true coffeehouse experience. We’ve always believed the one thing missing from the quintessential bagel shop was an incredibly good cup of coffee and scratch made food.
We traveled to New York City to study the coffee business and develop our proprietary blend of locally roasted Costa Rican and Ethiopian beans, featured in our espresso-based drinks. Make Bagel Cafe your new morning coffee fix—paired with a scratch-made muffin or one of our popular lemon poppyseed scones.
You’ll find all the classics, including BEC and THEC, but our menu reads more like a modern café. Try our popular Breakfast Burger—a four-ounce smash patty topped with Taylor ham, a crispy hash brown, an over-easy egg and SPK—or our Fajita Protein Bowl with three eggs, avocado, lightly dressed arugula, house-made lemon vinaigrette, our own fajita spice blend and homemade tomatillo salsa.
Hungry for lunch? We don’t use the typical packaged deli meats. We roast our turkey in-house, make our own dressings and serve our sandwiches on proprietary breads.
Our signature Inside-Out Joe is something you’ll only find here: house-roasted turkey, homemade slaw and Russian dressing on our house-made rye. We put the Swiss cheese on the outside of the bread and griddle it, creating a sandwich that’s crispy, gooey and completely unique.
Try our Espresso Barbecue Chicken Sandwich, featuring chicken seasoned with our house espresso barbecue spice rub, homemade espresso barbecue sauce and house-made slaw.
