I went to culinary school 20 yrs ago with a dream of becoming a chef. Friday night I experienced what it represents to be around Great Chefs. It was such an honor to be a part of a larger cause and to cook for the most talented minds in the culinary industry. I could have never accomplished this great recognition without my beautiful wife and the entire team .

And to the BIGGEST THANK YOU for letting us be a part of incredible group of people. I admire you and your accomplishments and it was the biggest honor for my team and I to cook at your house. 👨‍🍳🙏🏻

We all have big dreams in life but it is not often we get to put those thoughts into reality!! As a chef and avid tuna fisherman going to the has been a life time dream. To experience this with my Dad is a day I will remember forever! And for all that might wonder yes I bought this tuna sword!! I can’t thank my beautiful wife and cuz for not only holding down the fort but breaking records in my absence!! Our team is the absolute best!!!

Fish of a lifetime!!!! I’d say my first CA white sea bass is a keeper! Hats off and thank you to one of the greatest outdoorsman I’ve ever met for one of the most epic fishing experiences in my life!

I’d say I brought some beginners luck for my first time fishing on machine of a vessel “Dorsal” catching all time first (halibut/sea bass) and then rounding it out with a nice lil yellowtail!

Epic SoCal bluefin tuna fishing with on the in San Diego. With a little luck and the best gear money can buy from this was a trip of a lifetime. The whole crew on the was 1st class and the food was outstanding. Hats off to everyone on this trip it was rough as hell and we still got the work in!! SUSHI TIME!! 👨‍🍳🎣

Beyond grateful for this one of a kind box of craftsmanship created by . As a chef I’ve always dreamed of having a personal bada** set of steak knives when I host dinners. I will say this was a total surprise from my wonderful wife who far exceeded my expectations!

Let’s talk about Dane who is also a chef, who has turned that level of detail and knowledge to create knifes that are beautiful in design, highly functional, and sharp as a razor blade!

Did I also forget to mention these are made in the USA with arguably the best views from Malibu, CA?

The detail from the cocobolo handles, walnut signature box with magnetic strip, and each piece carrying its own uniqueness I can assure you these will help carve out some culinary history!!!

What a great day fishing!! 10 different species caught and memories to last a lifetime!!
Could not have asked for a better day and was witness to my 3 new cousins from Switzerland who all caught saltwater fish for the first time!!! Outside of food and cooking the most exciting for me in life is introducing people to fishing.
