Loaded Shrimp salad
Red bib lettuce, green leaf lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, wild caught gulf shrimp, pistachios, light sprinkle of Parmesan.
Salad dressing: rice w**e vinegar, light olive oil, fresh basil, mint, chives and shallot, white paper, pinch of salt.

Favorite 4 ingredient salad!
So easy and refreshing
Shred thinly/slice Granny Smith apple and fennel root.
In a jar mix citrus vinegar and your local raw honey. I don’t measure I just pour, shake, taste and adjust.
Refrigerate in an airtight container for 2 hours for the flavors to meld.
