I've had this vision since after Katrina when I was living in Boca Raton, FL. I thought to myself, "that's brilliant," and started researching the business. Very few friends, and very few family members were "in the loop," while I've been testing the market! I graduated from my small Weber Smokey Joe grill, and made enough money to buy a 28" flattop griddle. I'll be selling Hebrew National All Bee
