Created some creamed honey this week. I had 3 very large cafeteria sized, with crystallized honey that needed to be processed. They had been sitting for about 4 years.
So I gathered my tools and ordered some creamed honey seed from Amazon because my local store no longer carried it, and began the process.
First I found the recipe I had used before, which was delicious and very popular.This time I had some vanilla beans and added the inside of the beans to the cinnamon honey I had prepared.
Now to let it sit in a cool 50-55* environment for a few weeks to let it set.
