We’re putting together a w**e dinner that’s a little more personal this time.

“I’ll Have What They’re Having” is a six-course dinner built around the way Jill and Phil actually like to eat, with a w**e pairing for each course.

No big theme beyond that. Just the kinds of dishes we get excited about, the w**es we want to drink with them, and a night to sit down and enjoy all of it.

September 29 at 6:30PM
$155 per person, including w**e pairings.

Grilled Laurel Hill trout with Marshall’s Heritage Farm tomato and pepper broth, local borlotti beans from Bean World, and fennel.

Working with your spouse means a lot of things.

It means talking about produce before breakfast. It means tasting sauces in the middle of prep. It means solving problems together, occasionally disagreeing in front of a walk-in cooler, and somehow still sitting down at the end of the night and talking about the restaurant.

Jillian’s is both of us in a lot of ways, and most days that means we’re in it together from start to finish.

A quick Wednesday reminder.

Wednesdays are our laid-back night, so the menu is a little different: burgers, salads, small plates, and sides.

No full entrées on Wednesdays.

Thursday, Friday, and Saturday we go back to the full dinner menu, and the burgers take the night off.

So if you’ve been wanting the burger, Wednesday is your night.
