Sandy is the heart and hands behind every delicious bite. She dreamed up Cupcake Caboose, built the trailer from the ground up, and handcrafts every cupcake and swirl of icing with recipes straight from the heart. Whether it’s her famous Butter Pecan or a Strawberry Shortcake, Sandy’s treats are filled with love, tradition, and just the right amount of sass. She's always making new flavors, and loves experimenting in the kitchen.
