OK so with this crazy Iowa weather it's clear the Rosa Burger stand is in desperate need of an awning! We are looking into it...... and in the meantime I would like to extend my gratitude to all the Rosa Burger lovers out there that have been willing to stand in the rain. COMING SOON - AWNING!!!

I have had a few inquiries to cater Rosa Burgers to local events. As flattered as I am by the requests, I have to decline at this time. For one thing, that would require a separate license and for another I'm having all I can do to keep up with the demand at the stand right now. Thanks again to those who have made the last week and a half so succesful. I'm looking forward to serving you all summer.

The State inspector made her first random stop today. Happy to say we passed with flying colors :o) What a beautiful day..... hope everyone is enjoying the beautiful weather today.
