So proud to have a busy little buzzing cross roads again here in north Pownal. We will see you Thursday! 7am-3pm, Friday too! Saturdays 8-2! Wow wow wow wow. Still slightly in disbelief about yesterday. I can not thank my team, family, friends, community, and new neighbors enough. We had an incredible amount of people come out to support us and my heart is so full of joy. So many old friends and new, so many smiling faces. It was an absolute honor to serve you yesterday and many days to come. These will be our starting hours- we are going to see how the next few weeks go and go from there! We will also have extended hours during the holidays so follow along for updates. With a full heart and (happy) tears in my eyes, thank you. See you Thursday!

Hi all! As some of you already know me, we have many new followers and I wanted to reintroduce myself! I’m Hailey and this is my husband, Tim. We are the owners of XO&CO opening on Saturday in pownal! I have baked for over 10 years and it’s truly such a passion. Growing up locally, I visited the north Pownal general store often and have driven by too many times to count. For many years I’ve passed that little store closed and empty. When the opportunity came- we had to take it! It has been such an honor the last couple of months bringing the life back to such a wonderful space filled with much history. We have been absolutely blessed with the outpour of support from our new community and neighbors. We have already met so many wonderful people whom share such lovely memories of that little store. I hope you come visit our grand opening this Saturday, say hello, and see the space we’ve created for all of you. Starting at 8am, doors will be open and the bakery counter will be filled with many incredible treats. We will have things like chicken pot pies, quiches, fresh local eggs, cheeses, mini cakes, cheesecakes, sourdough breads, focaccia sandwiches, croissants and much more. Of course we will have our cinnamon rolls and a LOT of them. The market side is full of specialty items, locally made goods, and wonderful arts. It’s a little place with a lot of heart. We hope you’ll join us in celebrating Saturday May 30th 8am-2pm.
