Our motto, "Serving My Community One Plate at a Time," reflects our commitment to providing exceptional meals that bring people together. My inspiration comes from both my Grandmother's they both stayed in the kitchen. I could remember hearing them move around, I knew it was time to turn the stove on. I was eager to go in and help, I just wanted to be apart of the magic. When I am creating and pre

paring my meals it's all from a place of love and passion. I want to be able to feed someone not knowing if it is their first meal, only meal or last meal. I want to impact others through my food I want to feed my Community one plate at a time. I have been in Food Service for over 20 years, I have served 14 Honorable years in the United States Army as A Food Service Supervisor. I have attended two Culinary schools and Graduated with honors from them both. Helm's College of Augusta Ga and Augustine Escoffier Culinary Arts Institute of Boulder Colorado. I have been serving my Community one plate at a time with my growning Catering Company Tish's Homestyle Cooking LLC. I am a Certified Chef and as well I am a Pastry Chef, my concept is Homestyle Cooking, comfort foods, Farm To Table. Creating Fresh and Quality Good Food.

This award means so much because it wasn’t earned through applications or nominations—it was based on the experiences, reviews, and support of the amazing customers who have trusted me to serve them over the years.

When I started this journey, I never imagined where God would lead me. After serving 14 years in the Army, overcoming health challenges, stepping away from a stable career, and taking a leap of faith to pursue my dream full-time, there were many moments of uncertainty. But through prayer, perseverance, and the support of my family, friends, and community, Tish’s Homestyle Cooking continues to grow.

This award belongs to every customer who ordered a plate, booked a catering event, shared a post, left a review, recommended my business, or simply believed in me when I was building from the ground up.

To my loyal customers, family, friends, and supporters—THANK YOU. Your encouragement keeps me going, and I promise to continue serving delicious homestyle meals with love, passion, and excellence.

Most importantly, I give all glory to God. 🙏❤️
