Going back to college has been both challenging and rewarding. This experience has reminded me that it is never too late to continue learning, growing, and investing in yourself.

What I’m learning in the classroom has been very beneficial and encouraging in my everyday life—especially as a business owner. I’m gaining new knowledge, strengthening my confidence, and learning how to make better decisions personally and professionally.

Balancing college, running my business, and handling everyday responsibilities is not always easy, but each lesson reminds me why I started. I’m proud of myself for taking this step toward earning my bachelor’s degree, and I’m excited to see where this journey takes me.

Growth may feel uncomfortable, but it is always worth it. I’m learning, evolving, and becoming a better version of myself one day at a time. 🎓📚✨

I want to be transparent about my day, my hours and the work I put in both behind the scenes and on the trailer. Before I open the food trailer tonight, I’ll be preparing and serving a private catering event at 2:00 PM.

Please understand that the 2:00 PM catering menu and the 6:00–9:00 PM food trailer menu are two completely separate menus.

🍽️ PRIVATE CATERING EVENT — 2:00 PM

Today’s catering menu:

• Smothered Oxtails
• Homestyle Lasagna
