Our Brisket and hotdogs (that's right we got nitrate free Glizzies) are from Texas bred Wagyu cattle (WagyuX), and our pulled pork is a Birkshire heirloom breed (Berkwood Farms). Did we mention our burgers are ground in-house and are also 💯 Wagyu brisket?
