The North Fairhaven Open Air Market is canceled this Saturday due to the rainy weather. I won’t see you there this week, but I’ll be back next Saturday!

Fresh watermelon = the star of this week’s indulgence 🍉

No bottled flavor pretending to be watermelon over here😂 I started with fresh watermelon, cut it down, puréed it, and reduced it to concentrate all that naturally sweet, juicy flavor.

It takes a little extra time, but that’s exactly what makes these macarons taste like actual watermelon instead of watermelon candy.

Fresh ingredients. Small batches. A whole lot of fruit. 🍉

Apparently I needed a healthy coping mechanism… so naturally I made 217 macarons😂

Some people meditate. Some people journal. I weigh egg whites to the gram, whip meringue, pipe tiny circles, and somehow call that relaxing😂

Both delicious. Both deserving of respect. But please… put some respect on the MACARON name. 😂

I’ll be taking the week of September 6th off to celebrate my birthday and give myself a little time for some much needed self-care, rest, and resetting🌿

I wanted to let everyone know ahead of time so you have plenty of time to plan! If you’ll need macarons for that week or have an order you’d like before I head into vacation mode, be sure to get it in early.
