Reminiscing about our Holi celebration makes me realize we definitely need to recreate that magic this summer when the kids are off! I’ve been so wrapped up in helping other organizations lately, but I’m finally clearing my plate to make sure I save some quality time for us to just have fun. ☀️🌈✨

Hey my darlings, I’ll be cooking until 4 pm tomorrow, Saturday before heading off to a fundraising event to show my support. Please get your orders in soon; I’ll be finished in the kitchen by 4 pm, but you can still swing by for pickup until 6 pm while Ravi is there to help out. So, here’s today’s surprise. Bhalla chaat, a street food made out of lentils, but it’s still got a few finishing touches left.

Oh man, the mango halwa turned out great, I had to tell Ravi to hide it or this halwa monster would finish it all before the guests arrive. Hahaha.
