Burned some meats in a parking lot this weekend at the Denny’s Memorial Scholarship Cookoff ....and boy was it a 🔥 one.

Competing with the 'who's who' of BBQ is always tough, but once the dust settled we pulled off a
9th place Rib 🐖 walk and our youngest managed a 2nd place Kids Q call (couldn't be more proud!)

Tried our hand this weekend at a local competition. The Barbara Jordan Youth Center & Park BBQ Cookoff delivered a fun family environment on a HOT August day.

We managed to make some adjustment and walk away with some hardware!

Knocked the dust off and headed to the Hempstead Watermelon Festival BBQ Cookoff. Although it didn't feel like our smoothest of cooks, we managed to bring home a pretty sweet piece of hardware!

This weekend we made a quick turnaround and headed to the Nancy Allen Memorial Scholarship BBQ Cookoff. After the dust settled with a tough field we managed to hear our song played a couple times. Congrats to all that had success this weekend burning meats!!!

Weekend Recap! Rolled over to The Barn - Needville where Mark Ellefson puts together an incredible weekend. With some tough competition, crazy weather and good friends, we were blessed enough to come home with some hardware!

The work to dial in our program really does show and we are excited to hammer some smoke at the next one. CONGRATS to all our buddies that got their names called at a cookoff this weekend!!!

Rolled smoke this weekend at the 18th Annual Rosenberg Mosanic Lodge #881 BBQ Cookoff. All of the turn-ins seemed to be on point 👉 and it seems the judges somewhat agreed 👍
