Did you know January 31st is Hot Chocolate Day? Celebrate with this recipe from Brink & Brew...

Ingredients
- One espresso shot of Brink & Brew Specialty Dark Roast Nashville Nocturne
- 2 tablespoons cane sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup milk of choice

Preparations
1. Prepare espresso shot according to espresso maker instructions
2. Add milk to pot on the stove, heat to medium, whisk frequently
3. Add cocoa powder and sugar to milk, continue whisking until well combined
4. Add espresso shot to hot chocolate
5. When at the desired heat level, remove from stove and pour into your favorite mug
