Millie’s Food Truck & Pop‑Ups • Middle TN

Love food, variety, and learning new skills? Come cook, grow, and be part of a team that works across **food trucks, pop‑ups, catering, events, meal prep, and kitchen production.**

What you’ll do:
• Prep + cook for food truck service
• Work rotating pop‑up menus
• Assist with catering + event service
• Help produce weekly meal‑prep dishes
• Cook across different cuisines
• Take customer orders + interact with guests
• Support setup, breakdown, cleaning, and organization

Who we’re looking for:
• Some kitchen/restaurant/food‑service experience
• Basic food prep + kitchen knowledge
• Dependable, on time, ready to work
• Friendly + comfortable with customers
• Able to follow direction + work independently
• Curious, asks questions, eager to learn
• Positive attitude + willing to jump in anywhere
• Enjoys trying new foods + working in different environments
• Baking/pastry experience is a big bonus!
