Call me crazy… BUT this may be my favorite fun bagel we have made this far! The bagel of the weekend is Banana Pudding! Okay so inside the dough is crushed up Nilla Wafers, brown sugar, and banana AND THEN we crushed up more of the wafers with some sugar to create a caramelized Nilla Wafers crumble and it absolutely rocks! We will have these Fri-Sun as long as they don’t sell out too quickly!
