Pure Cure Raw Vegan is an artisan raw vegan kitchen run by mother and daughter Valentyna and Polina. Valentyna is a raw vegan and a registered nurse. She creates her own recipes and experiments with a variety of ingredients, some from her home in Ukraine and some from right here in Tennessee.
