The Bellagio Mission
Eric Heselton, a professionally trained chef, purchased Bellagio late in 2014 with the challenge of gearing and transforming the menu to the contemporary needs of our Nashua area customers. The new owner oversees the entire operation and ensures that the freshest ingredients are used and prepared under a carefully controlled process. The new owner has extensive experience in
all phases of the restaurant business and is certified in Serve Safe Sanitation. The Bellagio Mission is to ensure that our customers will receive food of high quality, taste and consistency. We know that all-encompassing menus can compromise the quality of the product. As a result, we will be tailoring our menu to meet the desires of our customers. We will continue to offer an array of appetizers, salads, subs and sandwiches and of course, our cornerstone pizza and Canadian Poutine. New items including Rueben sandwiches and creative specials will also be added to the menu. We look forward to serving our Nashua area customers with a choice of dining options and a menu targeted to your wants. We are committed to constantly improving the food preparation process to deliver value to our patrons.
