One of the benefits says "cure" the FDA requires that we share: These statements and products are not meant to treat, cure, or prevent disease. However...... LOL :-) The benefits below have helped many people. See if it works for you! Or just drink it for the delicious #flavor PSSSSS - Please consult with your physician before ingesting any herbs or supplements if you currently are on any medications.
for Medications which actually get broken down in your liver, peppermint can slow or alter this process. The biggest one I know of is Cyclosporine. This is more so when you are using peppermint in supplement or oil form. In any case give your body at least 2 hours between when you take your medicines and when you drink or otherwise ingest peppermint. Again always discuss your use of herbs, teas, and supplements, with your medial doctor.
