What an incredible two days. This was hands down one of the busiest events in JLee Bakery history🥹

To everyone who stopped by, bought a treat, shared a post, told a friend, or simply cheered me on, thank you! I learn so much everytime, I have a whole list of things that i can’t wait to add for the Apple Fest in the fall!

JLee Bakery is headed back to the Olde Mistick Village Strawberry Festival on June 13 & 14 from 11am–6pm, and I couldn’t be more excited! 💕

We’ll be bringing back our iconic giant strawberry macarons, decorated cookies, mini cakes, gluten-free treats, vegan and dairy-free options, and some brand-new merch! 👀🎉

Whether you’re planning to stock up on sweets or you’re just stopping by to say hi, I’d absolutely love to see you.

I just wanted to give a quick update that I am no longer taking orders for the remainder of May or June due to being fully booked. July also has very limited availability already, especially with summer events, pop-ups, and previously placed orders filling my calendar quickly!

If you are hoping to place an order for July or August, please fill out an inquiry form sooner rather than later. I’m currently receiving a high volume of inquiries, so response times may be a little slower than usual as I work through everything.

As a reminder, I typically require a 2–4 week lead time since every order includes a custom hand-drawn sketch and a detailed planning process before booking. I’m so beyond grateful for all of the support, patience, and excitement around my work — it truly means the world to me. Thank you all for keeping me busy doing what I love

Pickups & deliveries are available from 10 AM – 2 PM ONLY on Mother’s Day! I’ll be heading to my sister’s graduation at UCONN right after 🎓💙
