Man I got to tell you I closed up the food truck a little early because I'm having to go home and do some repair work and I want to get it done before it gets late and a family of four kids and their parents came from the food truck just as I was closing up and I felt so bad for the kids I gave them each a free Italian ice pop. They were so happy each one of them gave me a hug and I thought that was so cool. Now I know why I do what I do.

Stuffed Pasta Shells 🐚🇮🇹
Tender pasta shells stuffed with creamy cheese and baked in rich tomato sauce until golden and bubbly! 😍🧀

Ingredients 🛒

• Jumbo pasta shells 24
• Ricotta cheese 500g
• Mozzarella cheese 250g, shredded
• Parmesan cheese 100g, grated
• Marinara sauce 700ml
• Egg 1
• Fresh basil 2 tbsp, chopped
• Garlic 2 cloves, minced
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 👩‍🍳

1️⃣ Cook pasta shells according to package directions and drain.
2️⃣ Mix ricotta, half the mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Spread a layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish.
4️⃣ Fill each shell with the cheese mixture and arrange in the dish.
5️⃣ Pour remaining sauce over shells.
6️⃣ Top with remaining mozzarella.
7️⃣ Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
