Momma Ania and I are feeling incredibly grateful and humbled to see Mamusia’s Kitchen included in an article celebrating the food, people, and stories that make Middle Tennessee so special. Being able to share a little piece of our Polish heritage through authentic, homemade food is something we never take for granted.

This journey has been filled with so many beautiful moments, but none of it would be possible without YOU. To every customer who has stopped by our trailer, ordered a dozen pierogi, shared a post, brought a friend, told someone about us, supported our little family business, or simply cheered us on from the sidelines… thank you. 🥹❤️

Rest in Peace to an absolute legend of a woman. Sad day for the world… and Especially a sad day for Tennessee 💙🧡

May God give her eternal rest, prayers for her family and all those grieving this incredible loss.

We have a bridge back home that you cross on I65 right before you get into Mobile, nicknamed the “Dolly Parton” bridge. Dolly always reminded us of gettin’ home after a long run. She went home today; one of the most influential writers and performers of our time. RIP Dolly 🕊️

Today we had the pleasure of catering a special celebration with a delicious spread of Polish favorites! 🇵🇱❤️

On the menu: Devolay/Rolady stuffed with ham and cheese, our handmade pierogi covered in delicious caramelized onions and crispy bacon, kopytka, and warm shredded beets! 🥟🥓🧀

We’re so excited to finally share these new Mamusia’s Kitchen T-shirts with you! These will be available at our upcoming stops, and you can also pre-order yours by text or email with us.

A little more about the designs 👕:

• Team Pierogi featuring “25,” representing the year Mamusia’s Kitchen launched, 2025 🇵🇱
• A Polish-inspired collage graphic featuring some of the things that make Polish food and culture so special

Both main designs are featured on the back of the T-shirts, while the front has our Mamusia’s Kitchen logo on the upper left with a little pierogi graphic behind it! 🥟

Because after cooking in the kitchen all day, some days we just need to go out and grab a bite to eat! ❤️🍴
And today it was at our Murfreesboro Buona 😍😍 the absolute BEST! Delish 1000000/10. The best part? Half was for dinner today and the other half for lunch tomorrow 😉
