This is Burrito #10 of the 52 free burritos I won from Moe's Southwest Grill!
And, I know! I KNOW!!!!!
Every week I say the same thing: “This is the best creation yet!”
But I have NEVER lied. They HAVE gotten better and better. Today? The BEST yet!
But!! It might NOT have been…
Here’s the story.
I already shared that I had created #10 in my mind in between works.
However, after walking so assuredly into my burrito-redemption-location, the sweet manager-on-duty lady (who sees me about every week) threw me a HUGE curveball when she said, “Have you tried our pulled pork yet?”
And then she said, “Oh, a customer came up here and took a picture of it saying it was the best pulled pork he’d ever had!”
Suddenly and absolutely ON THE SPOT, I had a major decision in front of me that I did not anticipate.
But one of my secrets to my success is being flexible. 😆
The white chicken, grilled onion, shredded cheese in the tortilla everything else on the side burrito was now a pulled pork, grilled onion, SAUTÉED MUSHROOM, shredded cheese with everything else on the side (pinto beans in a bowl of queso, bed of lettuce with corn salsa, guac, and sour cream in a larger bowl) burrito.
And this one WAS ABSOLUTELY WITH NO QUESTION the BEST yet. In fact, I’m pretty sure I’ll not be straying from the pulled pork for many burritos to come.

Always was reluctant to give Moe’s a try for whatever reason. Stopped by today and got a steak and potato burrito for myself and one for my wife along with some queso.
The queso was amazing and the burritos were so good. And I guess I know where I’ll be going to get nachos as the bag that came with the burrito had more nachos than I expected. Good and salty and great in the queso
