Make plans to come downtown for the First Thursday Art’s Walk! Here’s what the Farm Stand has planned for you!

The Downtown Farm Stand will have smoked Gunthorp Farms pulled pork sandwiches in front of the Farm Stand for sale along with our full restaurant menu and beer and wine available inside.

The Farm Stand Second Story banquet room will offer tours of our historically renovated dance hall and we will have a free wine tasting of newly available organic Italian wines with ID!

$125.00 Full Day Monday - Thursday
$150.00 Full Day Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Damage Deposit - $100.00 refundable

Full service catering available, from served dinners to buffets, snacks, coffee, water, cookies, punch, cheese, vegetable and fruit trays, hummus we do it all. We offer beer and wine as a cash bar or open bar. Downtown Farm Stand food only please. No outside food, unless special permission is granted. Having no food is acceptable for meetings.

COVID 19 considerations: We do meticulous cleaning in this luxury restored space. But the really innovative feature we have installed since Covid is a Fresh Air Intake on our HVAC system. The air in the area is not recirculated! We bring fresh outdoor air into our ventilation system. We have an additional $30 Covid 19 cleaning costs.

Decorations allowed:
We do not allow fake snow, or small confetti for table decorations, or silly string spray in the facility. You may use candles with supervision, and or flowers, and paper decorations.

Tables and Chairs:
Your fees cover the use of tables and chairs. Tablecloths and cloth napkins are an extra charge.

Free Wifi is available with full media. We have a PA system available for a rental fee that can accommodate a speaker or a full band.

Full service catering available, everything from breakfast, lunch, and dinner, snacks, coffee, cookies, punch, cheese, vegetable and fruit trays, hummus platters, hors d'oeuvres, and charcuterie we do it all, and we love to make custom creations. Beer and wine are always available.

We have seating and accommodations for 90 guests with comfortable seating, china, glassware, table linens, and napkins.

Free parking all around the building.

Our Second Story...

The Farm Stand Second Story is our second story of what’s next. It’s also a nod to the past. We are located on the second floor in an old dance hall in one of the oldest buildings in downtown Muncie. The space has been lovingly, historically restored with double hung wood sash windows, hard wood floors, mostly plaster walls and ceilings, and beautiful wood work. At about 2,300 square feet, we can accommodate large groups and we invite you to book your next party or gathering of any kind here, schedule a short yoga class, hold a dance, or host a meeting. All catering is supplied by the amazing new kitchen at The Downtown Farm Stand. Beer and wine are available by request, and we can accommodate all budgets, food preferences, and dietary restrictions. If you know The Downtown Farm Stand, then you know that our business has been built around the philosophy of using organic food from local farms to save the planet, create jobs, build communities, and improve human health.
