Attention friends and property owners participating in this year’s Madison-Bouckville Antique Town Events and Madison-Bouckville Promotions - We are looking for a new service location for our food truck for Antique weeks in June and August this year. We are fully self sufficient and capable of turning out good food fast for that event. The locals love our food and we live right in Morrisville! FOOD TRUCK SEASON IS ALMOST HERE and OMG I can’t wait, folks. Reminder… new menu this season based on YOUR feedback and preferences over the last two years. We are bringing back your favorites, introducing some new by demand hoagies and just you wait until I get my flex 💪 on with the specials this year. Chopped N Cheesy rolls out for service in May with our 2026 opening act at Colgate University on May 29, 2026. Healthy options. Delicious flavor. FAST. Cuz you know I don’t play about my kitchen.

One of our favorite comfort meals this time of year because it is so savory and filling: Roasted kelbasi and vegetables (broccoli, asparagus, red onion and baby potatoes) with seasoned garlic butter sauce and fried eggs. I roast the veggies and keilbasa right in my air fryer! Try this out.

This is actually not bad.. I know. I know. Spam? WTF? But I am serious! Next time I’ll want to crisp it a little more but if you have memories of fried bologna as a kid, give this a go. The Korean red chili paste 🌶️ adds a nice warmth without burn. Excellent as a ramen noodle soup topper! Have you had this yet?
