Our food truck is now for sale.

This 26' truck has been the home of a whole lot of cheesesteaks, grilled cheese, fries, laughs, long days, early mornings and some pretty great memories.

Now it's ready for its next adventure.

It's a **fully equipped commercial food truck** with a spacious kitchen, commercial cooking equipment, refrigeration, prep space, storage, sinks, water systems, fire suppression and a recently upgraded **Predator 9500 watt inverter generator**.

And while the truck currently wears its Chopped N Cheesy wrap, the next owner can take it in whatever direction they want.

Burgers. BBQ. Tacos. Catering. Breakfast. Sandwiches. Cheesesteaks. Something completely different.

The kitchen is ready to work.

One of our favorite comfort meals this time of year because it is so savory and filling: Roasted kelbasi and vegetables (broccoli, asparagus, red onion and baby potatoes) with seasoned garlic butter sauce and fried eggs. I roast the veggies and keilbasa right in my air fryer! Try this out.
