The menu for Caribbean Soul will include as many locally sourced foods as possible from several local farmers and meat markets. The menu will include many traditional Caribbean meats such as oxtails, goat, a variety of fresh seafoods, chicken, & pork, etc. These meats will be served in various ways alongside macaroni and cheese, rice and peas, curry rice, jalapeno cheese grits, cheese grits, Rasta Pasta, cabbage, yams, collard greens, and sweet broccoli cornbread. We will also have speciality items were Caribbean flavors are fused with traditional soul food flavors and textures to create a delightful dining experience such as: Caribbean Style Low Country Boils, Jerk or Curry Shrimp & Gritz, Jerk Chicken & Waffles, Rasta Pastas, Caribbean Style Tacos, etc. Several fresh dessert options will also be available, including fresh fruit trays and homemade fruit and cream dumplings. Specialty homemade Soul Juices such as Sorrel & Ginger Tea, Cucumber Mint Limeade, Strawberry, Watermelon Mint, Mango, Pineapple, & Kiwi Lemonades, & Vanilla Chai Horchata, etc.
