This secret menu drink combines our seasonal banana milk with a chocolate functional boost and somehow tastes exactly like a chocolate-covered banana.

The chocolate boost is made with functional mushrooms, but before you scroll away—it tastes like chocolate. That’s it. Just rich, chocolatey goodness with a few extra benefits along for the ride.

I know a lot of small business owners can relate to this feeling. Not because we think we are above criticism, but because we know how much sacrifice, pressure, and heart exists behind the scenes that people never fully see.

Social media and review culture have made it normal to broadcast every disappointing experience instantly — often before a business even has the chance to respond, resolve it, or make it right.

For small businesses, reviews carry real weight. They shape perception, affect trust, and directly impact whether people choose to support you.

From sample roast → to cupping table ☕️

Cupping is the industry standard for evaluating coffee. We taste multiple coffees side by side to better understand flavor, sweetness, acidity, body, and balance.

It may look simple, but this is where a lot of decisions get made — what we love, and what’s ready to move forward.

Sample roasting is basically the “test kitchen” stage of coffee roasting. ☕️

Before a coffee ever makes it into your cup, we roast small batches to understand how that coffee behaves before roasting it at full scale. It helps us evaluate things like moisture, density, roast development, and overall potential.

Lots of tiny batches, small adjustments, and paying attention to the details that make a big difference later on. 🤎

We’ll let this rest and cup tomorrow! 🤞🏼
