Hello All!

After much thought and many conversations, I've made the difficult decision to close my business at the end of this month.

This wasn't an easy choice. Like many small business owners, I've faced increasing economic challenges that have made it difficult to continue. At the same time, I've chosen to embrace a new chapter in my life by becoming a stay-at-home mom and focusing on my family during these precious years.

I want to sincerely thank every single person who supported my business. Whether you made a purchase, shared my posts, recommended me to a friend, or simply encouraged me along the way, you made this dream possible. Your support has meant more than I can ever express.

Although this chapter is coming to an end, it has given me so much more than I ever imagined. Building and running this business has taught me invaluable lessons, challenged me to grow in ways I never expected, and opened doors to opportunities I wouldn't have had otherwise. I'm incredibly grateful for everything I've learned and for the experiences this journey has given me. While I'm stepping away for now to focus on my family, I don't see this as the end of my entrepreneurial journey. When the time is right, I look forward to returning with the knowledge, confidence, and passion this experience has helped me build. I'm leaving with a heart full of gratitude and wonderful memories. Thank you for believing in me and allowing me to be part of your lives.

With it being the last day of school, we will be open from 10 am - 1 pm so that I am able to attend my kids award ceremonies! Thank you for understanding.

In January of last year I started this small business journey. My goal was to impact my community in an area of need, to provide a safe space for our children to play and learn! The end of this month marks a year of being open to the public and building Rumpus Room Community and it has been one of the most rewarding experiences! In turn, raising my children and running my business has also been the most challenging thing I have ever done!

That being said, I am needing to take a step back and refocus my vision for this company and my family which means I am needing to make a change in our hours and availability. Going forward, we will be available for open play Mondays and Fridays from 9am - 3pm. Tuesdays - Thursdays we will be open by RESERVATION ONLY and Saturdays for parties only and CLOSED Sundays.

I am so grateful for my regulars that have kept our lights on and I know that as parents yourself you understand. I am hopeful that this does not change or inconvenience anyone as our availability remains the same. Due to minimum tickets sales not being met, we have cancelled todays Refill Room Tote Bag Painting event. As a small business we have to be able to prepare for our events to make them the best experience possible. We will be hosting another event next month and would encourage you to pre-register by purchasing your tickets early! Sorry for any inconvenience as we too are disappointed and hope that you will consider us next month for our event!
