Crispy tortilla chips simmered in red and green salsa, topped with grilled chicken, queso fresco, pickled onions, and a dollop of sour cream.

Have you visited the new Library coffee shop yet? It’s located in the Library (LTC) building and is open Monday through Thursday from 8 am - 6 pm and Friday from 8 am - 2 pm. This location features Acme Coffee along with other beverages and a selection of grab & go breakfast, lunch, and snack items.

Back by popular demand… we have taco 🌮 salads 🥗 as our special this week. We layer fresh romaine lettuce, black beans, cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream, spicy ranch dressing, and your choice of Yucatán chicken or carne asada in a fresh and crispy flour tortilla “bowl.” A must try! 🍴😋

Introducing our new smart refrigerator for the Marina Education Center. Just swipe your credit card, open the fridge, shop the selections and when you close the door your card is charged for the items you’ve taken. It’s as simple as that.

The refrigerator is located in room MA-201 so head there to check out the tasty options.
