Long time no post on here !! So if you guys don’t know who I am or what by business is I’ll tell you!
Hi, my name is Sierra I started my mobile coffee cart when I was 19 years old 4 years ago. I love bringing my cart to different events, parties, staff appreciations and so on! Being involved with all of you is how we are able to continue this fun idea of having coffee on wheels !

New year so I wanted to reintroduce myself ! My name is Sierra Carrero (soon to be Schoenfelder) and I started my mobile coffee cart journey in 2022 as an aspiring passionate 19 year old that had these crazy ideas and now it’s come to life. Why did I choose to open a coffee cart??
I love making coffee and I love to talk!! Being a barista is a fun job that I will never be able to forget about, so I chose “why not do my own side business and see where it goes?” I am more than lucky to say we are here in year 4….(HOW!?)🥹
Other reasons that I wanted to open my own coffee cart business…
- allows me to be indoors and outdoors which opens up tons of opportunities for different kind of events 🙂
- Meeting new people
- Seeing returning customer from event to event
- Community ❤️
If you’ve been following for a while you’d know that we have gone as far north as we can and as south as we can as well. We have serve multiple people in many different counties each year! We love to do this, and I’m very lucky to continue to have the support of my husband and mom who continuously work with me and my business year round !
Soooo with that being said - entering into our 4th year of business I am excited to announce we are booking for our 2026 season ‼️

And that’s a wrap of the 2025 season !!! Another year with my crazy idea of starting a MOBILE coffee cart and putting the bits and pieces together one event / broken something at a time 😂 I can’t wait for 2026 to come and start fresh 1st weekend of 2026 for a 3-day hockey tournament 🤪 I’m going to experience yet again a new event and I can’t wait to tell you guys about it 🤭
