I want to thank everyone for coming to Nan’s home cooking yesterday; we sold everything. We were very busy, so I had to get my husband involved. I’m running to Odessa this morning for a restock, so I may have open a little later than usual. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Following a successful cataract removal surgery, I am now in the process of recovery. Despite the absence of pain or discomfort, my vision remains blurry, and I am currently unable to drive or lift objects exceeding 20 pounds. I am also advised to avoid bending over. I appreciate your understanding and patience as I prepare to undergo the same procedure for my other eye in three weeks. I will be taking a temporary leave, but I am confident that I will make a full recovery. Thank you for your kind wishes, which mean a great deal to me. I wish you all a great day.
