To our valued customers and community,
Due to ongoing air conditioning issues in the building, temperatures inside Big L’s Soulfood & Steakhouse have become extremely uncomfortable during this heat wave. The safety, comfort, and dining experience of our customers and staff are extremely important to us.
We want to be transparent that this issue is not due to the restaurant or our staff, but due to the landlord’s responsibility to repair and maintain the building’s HVAC system. We are actively pushing for the necessary repairs to be completed immediately so the building meets proper safety and comfort standards.
We will continue to keep everyone updated regarding repairs and when we will be able to reopen safely.
