Event Operations Assistant (Part-Time)
$18–$24 per hour (depending on experience)

We’re looking for an energetic and dependable Event Operations Assistant to help ensure every event runs smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to create memorable guest experiences.

-Responsibilities
Set up and reset event rooms
Arrange tables, chairs, and décor
Assist vendors with event setup
Support clients during events
Restock event and cleaning supplies
Keep event spaces clean and organized
Work closely with the Facilities Lead and Event Manager
Assist with event breakdown and post-event cleanup

-Qualifications
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Hospitality or event experience is a plus

About the Role
As General Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of both our restaurant and event venue while building a positive culture focused on hospitality, teamwork, and operational excellence.

-Responsibilities
Lead daily restaurant and event venue operations
Deliver outstanding guest experiences
Manage staffing, scheduling, labor, and operational costs
Coordinate with kitchen, bar, maintenance, and event teams
Ensure successful ex*****on of weddings, banquets, and private events
Monitor inventory and vendor relationships
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
Coach, mentor, and develop employees

-Qualifications
Hospitality, restaurant, or event management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Customer-first mindset
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
