This collaboration with has been in the works for YEARS. Ever since our early days at , we’ve talked about bringing in Vietnamese coffee to roast right here in Minneapolis.

is our new line of specialty Vietnamese coffee and the house roaster at Caphin, including their soon-to-open downtown location!

From this Saturday Nov 8, retail bags of our 50/50 Blend, Robusta, and Honey Arabica will be available in the cafe.

Back to where it all started! I attended the first Great Northern Roaster Showcase in 2022. When Minimum Wage Tim’s was only in my neighborhood.

Met my favorite roasters and they offered me a lift up out of my garage. Now look at us go!

Be sure to check out too! They will be featuring MWT and other visiting roasters at their cart throughout the event.

Stoked to see familiar faces and some very exciting new ones. Especially - an integral part of my specialty coffee journey that began 10 years ago in Eau Claire, WI.
