Sorry for all the Smoke in MN/WI - against my advice my neighbor bought cheap pellets from walmart instead of Smokey Woods BBQ Ultimate Blend pellets!

He won't make that mistake again!

After John backed out of the contest James decided to head down and cook tonight for us and judge the masters event tomorrow.

The stars and the moon aligned and he walked away as the Turkey Champion with a 180! We are 2 for 2 on earning a coveted Turkey trophy at this event.
