For the last 2 years we were honored to be named the #3 slice shop in the country by . This year, we’re incredibly grateful to be recognized again at #5. More than anything, we’re humbled to even be mentioned alongside so many talented pizza makers across America who push this craft forward every single day.
Being the only pizzeria on Long Island to make the 50 Top Pizza list is something I never take for granted. Representing Long Island on a national stage is a privilege, and I’m proud to showcase the passion, hard work, and food culture that exists here at home.
None of this is possible without the people around me. My family, my team, and our customers are the foundation of everything we do. The early mornings making dough, the late nights behind the counter, the nonstop dedication, sacrifice, and belief in our vision — this recognition belongs to all of them just as much as it does to me.
Awards are amazing, but they’re never the final goal. The goal is to stay hungry, stay humble, continue learning, continue evolving, and give people the best pizza experience we possibly can every single day.
