Bellavana Coffee

September is here! For us at Bellavana that means we are in our 5 YEAR month!
Every day we will post a drink and describe it for you- it’s only fitting we start with the Cloud 9!
Most of you already know, we started out as Cloud 9 Coffee in 2021
This drink was one of our first signature drinks and it has a good story.

It’s currently made with Ghirardelli white chocolate, and Housemade vanilla bean. (Double shot louisiana roasted organic espresso, milk and whip)

But this is how we really got started into making our own flavors!
You see that drink was popular, and we quickly ran out of of our store-bought vanilla flavor, drove all over Shreveport, trying to find more.

Ben said let’s buy some vanilla beans and I can make vanilla. 👨‍🍳
Fast forward five years and we make 90% of our syrups on site! Fresh, no preservatives.
And we definitely know you can taste the difference!

We love watching you create your own drinks! Go wild!
This one is a pumpkin spice frappe add caramel sauce.
This is a great choice because our pumpkin spice is fresh made, and we don’t use any powder in our frappes, so the caramel sauce helps hold it together and makes it taste extra delicious!

Confession: we tried the pistachio cold foam at Starbucks..so good!
This led to us trying to create our own (using real pistachios of course)
Currently this is only available as Candy Cream topping
we suggest you try it on a Napoleon Mocha (haze and chocolate)
or your own favorite drink!
Can't wait to see your Pistachio Mustachio when you have to take the lid off your drink and get a big ol sip!
