🥗🔥 I just want to take a minute to talk about these salads…

I knew they looked good, but I didn’t expect them to come out THIS good.

The Soul Street Salad was packed with flavor from the buffalo drizzle and crispy chicken.

The Soul Cobb was loaded from top to bottom with chicken, bacon bits, egg, tomatoes, cheese, and ranch.

And the OG Salad was fresh, simple, and exactly what it needed to be.

What I’m most proud of is that these weren’t just “good salads.”

They still felt like P.E.G.S.

Big portions.
Big flavor.
No shortcuts.

Seeing the finished product reminded me that P.E.G.S can do more than wings, fries, and burgers. We can take something as simple as a salad and still make it hit different. 🔥
