If healing had a sound…
what would it sound like for you? ✨
Would it sound like:
• silence after surviving chaos?
• worship music during a hard season?
• deep breaths after anxiety?
• laughter after heartbreak?
• tears finally falling after holding everything in?
• peace replacing overthinking?
• your voice speaking up after suffering in silence?
• “I forgive myself.”
• “I deserve better.”
• “I’m finally okay.”
For some women…
healing sounds like finally putting themselves first.
For others…
it sounds like boundaries.
Rest.
Freedom.
Prayer.
Therapy.
Release.
Starting over.
And maybe for someone else…
healing sounds like exhaling after being strong for too long.
