🎡 Holy cow... what a start to the fair!

We were so excited to see everyone yesterday, and you definitely showed up! Thank you for making Day 1 such a success. 💛

You kept us so busy that we even sold out of some customer favorites! That's the challenge of running a food truck—we can only carry so much stock in our limited space.

The good news? We're restocked and ready for Day 2!

If you saw us at the Fourth of July, you know it truly was a Stormy week. 🌩️

The storm took out our windshield... literally! 😅

A huge thank you to Whitewater Glass for replacing both of our windshields today and getting us back on the road so quickly. We truly appreciate the great service!

Today's featured sandwich is inspired by one of our favorite girls... The Naughty Audie!

🧀 Cheddar, mac & cheese, pork, bacon and finished with a drizzle of BBQ sauce

Just like Audie, it's loaded with personality... and plenty of snacks. 😄

From demolishing a birthday cupcake on her first birthday (throwback photo!) to still rocking that same big appetite today, Audie has always been ready for her next bite. When she's not looking for snacks, she's out adventuring with her big brother, Hank.

Help us wish our sweet (and slightly mischievous) girl a very happy 6th birthday!
