🐮State Fair + Cows = pretty much the perfect combo! 🐮
I have been spending the first few days of Minnesota State Fair showing my 3-year-old Jersey, Sugar Daisy, with 4-H! 💛🐄
One of my favorite parts isn’t just showing her in the ring—it’s getting to hang out with people visiting the fair and letting them meet Sugar Daisy! So many people have questions about cows, milk, farming, and where their food comes from. I love getting to share a little bit about agriculture and answer questions (even the funny ones 😂).
It’s pretty cool to see how excited people get when they get to pet a real dairy cow for the first time! 🥰
I’m proud to be part of agriculture and even more proud to share it with others. And if you’re at the fair, come say hi to me and Sugar Daisy! 👋🐮

The Wabasha County Fair is coming July 15-18 and I'll be there showing my dairy animals and pig - don't miss it! With loads of activities and excitement, it's going to be a fun time. See you there!

As graduation season winds down, I want to say a huge thank you to all the graduates and families who trusted Sid's Sundaes to be part of your celebrations! 🍦🎓

Every event has helped me learn and grow as a business owner, and I'm always looking for ways to improve the experience. My latest upgrade? I found the perfect nameplates to clearly label ice cream flavors at events!

I'm also working on another important skill—backing up the trailer. Let's just say that learning process may take a little longer. 😅

I couldn't do any of this without the support of my parents, who have spent countless hours helping me deliver, set up, and learn the ins and outs of running a business.

A big shout-out to Bennett's Foods and owner Eric for their outstanding support of small businesses in our community!
As a newer business owner, there have been plenty of things to learn along the way, and Eric has been incredibly helpful from the start. He took the time to help me explore ice cream mix options and worked with me to create a simple ordering process that makes managing inventory much easier.

Every time I pick up an order, the team is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. This week, they went above and beyond while helping me with a particularly large order. They were patient, kind, and supportive as I navigated a new situation, and their willingness to help made all the difference.

Thank you, Eric and the entire Bennett's Foods team, for your exceptional customer service and for supporting local small businesses like mine. It is appreciated more than you know!
