The Lumpia Girl will not be at Lightfoot Farm Market this Saturday after all — BUT I have some lumpia prepped and ready to go, so it’s officially up for grabs! 🙌🏼

If you were planning to come see me at the market for your lumpia fix, you can still get it! Message me to claim yours while I have it available.

I’m opening up orders for next week before I go into full-on prep mode for my next October Lightfoot Farm Market! 🫶🏼

For next week only, grab a large pan of my homemade pancit for just $40! Perfect for dinner, a get-together, work lunch… or honestly just because you’ve been craving it. 😂 Keep in mind you can always throw it in a freezer bag and preserve it!

And if you’ve had my pancit before, you know what makes it a little different. My chicken and veggies are shredded to blend right in with the noodles, so you get that perfect mix of everything in every bite. Same original flavor you know and love, just with less chunky vegetables — and that’s exactly why y’all love The Lumpia Girl’s pancit. 😉

I’m also taking orders for frozen lumpia while I’m at it! Stock your freezer now, because once these orders are finished, I’ll be putting my head down and GRINDING to get ready for Lightfoot. 💪🏼🇵🇭

I've had so many messages asking when lumpia would be available again, so I'm doing a limited batch of frozen pork lumpia (and some spicy, too!)
