Even though jam making is so time consuming, we enjoy doing it. Out of the work comes a creation that is unique and always enjoyed, always delicious. We taste test all products before giving them to people. Here is the cherry jam from the other night! 🍒 Cherry season is almost over and we wanted to make some more jam before they stop selling cherries! 😊

Okay, okay. so I stayed up late making peach compote… 🍑 I can’t really call it preserves or jam when so little sugar was used. I used some pectin to help it gel. You would love it, how it tastes, I am sure of that. And now at midnight I’m ready to hit the sack (as the saying goes). 🌙
