At Curb Side Bistro, we’ve always believed that food has the power to bring people together and make a real difference.
Now, we’re asking for your help once again.
As families prepare for a new school year, many children in our community are still in need of backpacks, notebooks, pencils, crayons, and other essential school supplies. Every child deserves the opportunity to walk into their classroom feeling prepared, confident, and excited to learn.

That’s why we’re hosting Tacos 4 School Supplies!

🌮 Donate what you can and enjoy a plate of our freshly made Discada Tacos with all the fixings. We’ll be cooking on-site until we sell out!

❤️ 100% of the proceeds will go directly toward purchasing school supplies and backpacks for local children throughout the Permian Basin.

To help us celebrate Midland Cocktail Week, we have 3 award-winning local favorites doing a massive street food pop-up at Curbside Bistro Midland (607 N. Colorado St.) starting at 5 PM! This is the only time these legends have ever been under one roof.

Taqueria Reynosa is serving up their legendary, award-winning aplasto tacos cooked on a real trompo with all the fixings—bringing that authentic Valley flavor straight to us! 🌮

Decasa Pizza is pulling off a rare Saturday night run, serving up their famous hand-stretched artisan brick oven pizzas. Come taste why they keep winning Best Pizza in Midland! 🍕

Odessa Charcuterie, a true Downtown Farmers Market legend, will be grilling up some of the absolute best homemade sausage dogs you've ever had in your life. 🌭

We will also feature a Chef's Special street food item alongside our delicious, crafted Midland Cocktail Week drink specials. Top it all off with live music and great vibes!
