We would like to thank all of our customers for being so kind and patient over the last week. We have been extremely busy which is a good thing however we do have some new hires working with our regular employees so the new hires are working hard and are almost at the speed of our regular employees so we truly appreciate how everyone has been so patient if things might take a little longer.

At Charlie browns we strive to have things made correctly and quickly. We had a customer today tell us that she couldn’t believe how fast we were because when she pulled in there were 5 cars ahead of her and she almost decided not to order but was glad she did because she wasn’t even there 7 minutes and she had a big order. With our new sign it allows us to be working on 6 cars since we have both food and ice cream. We pull cars up and have spot 1 and spot 2 for food ordered through the drive thru so please don’t leave when you see a line. We work hard to get the ice cream customers handled in a timely manner. Thank you again for your continued support!!! 🍦🍦🍦

Here’s the scoop!!! The hard scoop ice cream flavors that is!! It can change if we run out. We also have patriotic sprinkles this weekend while supplies last!! Open 9am-9pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday! Kitchen closes at 8:30pm! We will be closed Monday for Memorial Day! Thank you!

We would like to thank all of our customers that came in or went through the drive thru yesterday for their understanding with being ice cream only and not having food. We take pride in how our food is cooked and our kitchen staff is all family. When the same side of the family is having an occasion like a wedding it makes it very difficult to have cooks here. We have another restaurant that we usually pull the cooks from to help at Charlie Browns however this was a wedding on the same side of the family for all of our cooks and additional help as well. We never like to close down the kitchen if we don’t have to so when we do please know this is why. We truly appreciate all of our customers support and understanding!! We strive to be the best that we can be!!

With that being said we want to touch on our drive thru. We had a bad review that our staff is rude because they talk over customers through the speaker. It’s not that they talk over customers it’s that when a customer pauses the girls will ask if there is anything else needed so the customer is aware that they are listening and ready if they want to order something else. The issue is the speaker is a one way speaker and if our employee is talking and the customer talks the employee can’t hear the customer and vice versa. Also know that we have some new girls that are learning the system still so we ask that you have a little patience with them and understand that everything you order has to be keyed in and some things require typing so they might not be able to move as fast as your words. We look forward to an awesome spring/summer season to serve you all the best way that we can!!
