Ellen's Bake Shop Sharing my love for baking delicious homemade cookies and desserts. Ellen's inspiration and teacher since she was a young girl was her Greek mother Sophia.

As a young girl growing up in a very traditional Greek family, Ellen was taught to bake, cook and clean. Suddenly and sadly, Ellen's family lost their mom. At the age of 20, Ellen fell into her mom's role in the family, doing all the things she learned so lovingly from her dear sweet mom Sophia. Sharing her mom's love of caring for her family and feeding them the food and cookies she learned how t

o make, was the best gift Ellen could ever receive. Out of this, grew Ellen's passion for baking and treating family and friends to her delicious home baked goods. Sharing her desserts is Ellen's dream and a true expression of love, comfort and childhood memories.
