💙 THE OBSESSION
Salted vanilla custard with homemade brownie batter swirls & double chocolate chunk cookies. Originally created by request for a special event, it became such an obsession we had to keep bringing it back.

🥧 PUMPKIN PIE
Pumpkin ice cream with cinnamon pie crust & pumpkin-spiced marshmallow fluff. After 10 years of making ice cream, we set out to make the ULTIMATE pumpkin ice cream. This is it.

🍫 CHOCOLATE WASTED
Pure Ecuadorian chocolate ice cream loaded with Oreos, chunks of Elena’s chocolate cake & thiccc swirls of bittersweet chocolate fudge. Chocoholics, this one’s for YOU.

😁 ALFAJORES & CREAM
Dulce de leche ice cream with dulce de leche swirls & homemade buttery alfajores. Our extra-indulgent spin on the classic dulce de leche ice cream.

This is a flavor I’ve wanted to make for years — and when we opened our new Flagler flagship, I knew this was finally the place for it.

A little peek behind the “COMING SOON” window

Sweet Melody is a love letter for the sweet girl name Melody. She put together a compilation of some of the videos her dad, Mike sent her throughout this whole journey. From the bare bones, to the walls going up, to watching our space slowly come to life, all the way to the art going on the walls.

It’s been so special watching this dream turn into a real place, and we’re finally ready to open the doors and share it with all of you.

🚨 FLAGLER UPDATE 🚨

We know you’ve been waiting. We know you’ve been asking. And believe us—no one is more frustrated or disappointed by these delays than we are.

This store has been a labor of love from the very beginning. The equipment is here. The space is nearly ready. Our team is ready. But we are still working through the final permitting, inspection, and approval process before we can legally open our doors.

There have been moments when we truly believed opening day was right around the corner, only to encounter another unexpected delay. We don’t want to keep announcing dates we cannot guarantee, so for now, our promise is simply this: we are still fighting for this location, every single day.

The delays have also created a much heavier financial burden than we ever anticipated. We’re exploring every possible way to get Flagler across the finish line—including the possibility of a Kickstarter style/community-supported presale, should it become necessary. Nothing has been decided yet, but as always, we want to be honest about where things stand.

Sweet Melody has always been built with heart, and our community has carried us through more than you probably realize. Every message, comment, visit to our other locations, and “when are you opening?” reminds us how much people want us here—even when the question stings a little because we want the exact same thing.

Thank you for your patience, your understanding, and for continuing to root for us. We cannot wait for the day we finally get to welcome you through those doors. 💗🍦
