🍋 WAR EAGLE FAIR STARTS TOMORROW!!! 🍋

I can’t believe I’m finally saying that! We’ve been preparing for this event for MONTHS, but the last five days have been a whole different level of chaos. 😂 We have been working practically nonstop getting everything ready, and I’m pretty sure we’ve forgotten what sitting down feels like.

We’re bringing BOTH of our lemonade trailers, a crew of 7 (all family ❤️), and a ridiculous amount of excitement! This is by far the biggest event we’ve ever taken on, and I’m equal parts excited, nervous, and running on pure adrenaline at this point. 😂

I would LOVE for you guys to follow along over the next few days! I plan on sharing as much of the chaos, fun, and hopefully some really big wins as I can. You’ll get to see what goes into running two trailers at an event this size, and probably a little bit of us losing our minds along the way. 🤣

AND PLEASE, if you follow me and happen to be at War Eagle, COME SAY HI! Seriously! I love meeting the people who follow our little lemonade adventures, and it would make my day to put some faces to names! 💛

We’ve poured so much time, money, energy, and love into preparing for this event, and now it’s finally time to see what happens!

🍋 2 DAYS UNTIL WAR EAGLE FAIR!!! 🍋

The last few weeks have genuinely been the busiest of my entire life, and somehow we’re still going!

Preparing for an event of this size is a HELLUVA undertaking. War Eagle draws an estimated 130,000 to 150,000 visitors over four days, and I don’t think I fully understood what we were getting ourselves into until I started ordering inventory. We’ve got two lemonade trailers, an entire utility trailer FULL of supplies, and a whole lot of hopes riding on this one!

I’m equal parts excited and nervous, but the excitement far outweighs anything else. We’ve worked SO hard to get here, and I cannot wait to see how it all plays out!

And we’re bringing a whole crew! You’ll see both Lady Lemonade and the Citrus Mistress, Kody, both of our kids, my best friend coming from Texas, and my mother-in-law and sister-in-law coming all the way from Colorado! Apparently, we’ve turned this into a multistate family operation.

I still have approximately 692 things to accomplish between today and tomorrow, and you better believe Kody’s going to be right there doing them with me. Lucky guy. 🤣

This is a HUGE opportunity for our little lemonade business, and I’m just so excited to be part of it. Here’s hoping for beautiful weather, thousands of thirsty people, and four incredible days!

Sometimes you do your best to project for an event… and sometimes you are VERY wrong. 😂🍋

We went into Fayetteville’s Falltoberfest thinking we had plenty. We knew there was a chance we might run out toward the end of the event, but we definitely didn’t expect it to happen like this.

We sold almost 400 lemonades in 3.5 HOURS.

For perspective, we had literally just come off what was supposed to be a big event where we didn’t sell that many drinks in the first THREE DAYS. 😭😂

It got so busy I had to call in another person just to help us keep up. Eventually we realized we were going to run out, but by the time we could’ve left, restocked everything and gotten back to the trailer, there wouldn’t have been much event left anyway.

So we just kept making lemonade until we couldn’t make any more.

Apparently our Falltoberfest projections were trash, but Fayetteville SHOWED UP.

Almost 400 lemonades in 3.5 hours and a new Lively Lemon record. 🍋

Small business will humble the s**t out of you one weekend and then turn around and do this the next. 😂
